Our trusted team will provide you with relevant information and facts to help you make informed decisions regarding your property.

Whether you are facing foreclosure, an heir to a distressed property, or simply seeking more information, we'll provide the assistance and resources needed at no cost.

As a Customer Contact Specialist, your duties will include:

Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our campaign, products, processes, and services.
Making calls to prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
Responding to basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
Educating prospective clients about the process and benefits.
Scheduling consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representative
Maintaining detailed logs of calls, including those that were not answered.
Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
Informing the Manager of recurrent productrelated complaints that warrant addressing.

To join our team, we require:

Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar is advantageous.
C1 English Level proficiency.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette
Professional and courteous disposition.
Persuasive and resultsoriented mindset.

Salary:
$3,000,000 - $3,500,000 per month
