You'll join a high caliber team where you will be showing your talent in data analysis, reporting, insight, analytics and business intelligence.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department.
Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout.
Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.
Monitor data to identify changes in business trends.

Required Qualifications:

Data driven.
Intermediate to Advanced level in the use of Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excel specific knowledge: Pivot tables, charts, formulas, power queries, macros.
Ability to interpret data and find/fix errors.
Knowledge in Power BI.
SQL knowledge or experience.
English and Spanish proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

BPO background experience.
Knowledge in Visual basic is an advantage but not required.
High school degree, bachelor's degree (related to engineering, math, economy and statistics), or equivalent experience.
