General Description of Work

Coordinating with business stakeholders to refine CRM needs and approaches

Building effective and scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform

Ensuring the quality and functionality of Self Financial's CRM experience

Writing solution documentation and providing technical training for our Salesforce end users.

Skills Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Salesforce development

Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I

Proficiency with Salesforce industry standards and practices

Proficiency in Apex, Javascript, Visualforce, Git

Exceptional communication skills and experience in customer-facing interactions

Nice to have:

Relevant Salesforce certifications

Experience in data integration architecture with Salesforce

Experience working with Salesforce REST APIs

Experience in event streaming/messaging with Salesforce

Experience with Java, Python, or Selenium
