The Change Manager will be accountable for supporting the human side of change as projects and initiatives are executed and ensuring that the projects and initiatives meet their objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage.


Responsibilities:


The primary responsibility will be contributing to the definition of change management strategies, implementing relevant change interventions and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance.

This will be in-line with the global change management methodology.

The change manager implements the change plans by working closely with the leaders / management teams of impacted target groups, and by delivering through the managers, networks of change agents / ambassadors, and other relevant stakeholders.


The role will be part of the regional HR team of Yara Americas (YAM) and will work closely with the business and the HR team in the region.

It reports to the HR VP of the Region.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and/or deploy the overall change management strategy and plan for assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Develop tools and training materials for change management activities/initiatives, including surveys to measure adoption readiness.
  • Identify and map key stakeholders.
  • Lead impact analysis and assessment.
  • Contribute and support with designing the communication strategy and plans.
  • Articulates means, method, and schedule for communicating project and program objectives, status, and plans to the project/program stakeholders.
  • Design, develop and facilitate relevant change interventions to help the line drive change in their organization (e.g. alignment workshops)
  • Follow up on success factors risks and resistance.
  • Work closely with the project sponsor on ensuring active sponsorship.
  • Coordinate and facilitate a network of change agents/ambassadors.
  • Contribute to the identification of transformation success metrics.
  • Provide guidance and direction, and act as a coach and trainer to the change agents, helping them to fulfill their role and ensure that an integrated perspective is maintained.
  • Contribute to the identification of realization risks at the initiative level, supporting the development of risk mitigation recommendations

Profile:


  • University degree preferably in the area of Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with change management in a mid to large sized company.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a communication role
  • Certification in change management methodology is an advantage.
  • Proven project management experience and track record of developing valueadded, pragmatic solutions in a complex and changing context.
  • Ability to work independently combined with strong collaboration skills.
  • Proactive attitude with demonstrated result
- and solution-orientation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, Portuguese and/or Spanish an advantage.

The role can be based in Bogota, São Paulo or Tampa.
