What will your challenge be?

Timely execution of EBITDA growth and carbon footprint reduction projects, from the conceptualization to on-site delivery to the operating unit, complying with our health and safety philosophy in civil works, mechanical and electrical processes.

Minimum requirements:

English C
Bachelor's degree required in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related.
5 years of experience in Cement plants.
Experience in operation in Cement Plants y/o Maintenance.
Experience in supervision of activities during major shutdown in kilns y/o cement mills.
Clientoriented, communications skills, teamwork, negotiation skills, prioritization and decision making
