Specialist CRT

Ensure the management and monitoring of shipments, establish good communication with the customer analyzing the situation.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and process instruction/requirements of the E2E import and export operations.
Proactive monitoring of shipment status in internal Tools (CW1, DHLi, FSI3) but also on Carrier's websites.
Give support on track & trace activities and performance reporting for Customer Care program US based on several accounts.
Add value to our customers through continuous improvement initiatives.
Crosstraining within the team

Skills / Requirements:

Students/professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields.
Minimum of 1 year in Logistics.
Good communication in English (verbal and written).
Customer service and communication skills.
Teamwork and autonomy
Employees who have been in the organization for 12 months or in their current role
Employees that are not in transition projects
