About the Role

We are looking for a strategy-driven, process-oriented, and detail-loving
Program Manager who will be in charge of managing our development teams, working within our Project Management office and Delivery Team, maintaining project revenue, enforcing flawless deliveries following an agile process, and maintaining the team always engaged and motivated.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience working in the implementation of a set of products or a portfolio for the digital industry (websites, ecommerce solutions, Apps, etc).
Team Management: Have managed teams of 20+ members
Agile framework Experts (Scrum Master Preferred)
Good knowledge and experience mastering the key knowledge areas of the PMO (Development Methodology, Communications, Risk and Roadmap/Timeline planning)
Processoriented thinking
Experience managing programs, great scale engagement and excellent communication skills.
Experience working with customers or Managing Customers in USA
Knowledge of digital product development at a Portfolio level.
Excellent english skills (C1 you'll be working with our international clients)
