Total Rewards Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and proactive Total Rewards Analyst. To manage with analytical skills, the Total rewards processes.

The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for managing, coordinating, implementing and administering the Incentives, commissions and benefits process, as well as total rewards issues, for the company.

This position will research and provide insight into best practices for the effective delivery of internal processes.

You will manage analysis and improvements to the current process.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

What you'll do- Management of the commission and incentive payment process- Internal equity analysis- External equity analysis- Management and coordination of the benefits process- Benefit satisfaction analysis- Participate in incentive and commission strategy- Maintain up-to-date organizational structure in Workday- Structure, grade and organizational design reviews- Coordination with payroll team, for new and incentive payments- Data Quality in line with the Central Team- compliance and attention to audits associated with SOX controls.- requirements of the Internal Control team- internal customer service.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, industrial engineer or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
