Job Description About the role**The Jr RMO (Revenue Management Optimization) Support is primarily responsible for debugging issues and delivering standardized and defined technical support to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Debugging customer issues by attempting to replicate in test environments.
  • Fulfill service requests and respond to technical incidents by executing actions based on standard operating procedures.
  • Prioritize, research, troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical issues.
  • Document incidents and their resolution, facilitating further resolutions to ensure all SLA's are met.
  • Interacting with Operations, Client Services teams, and Technology leaders to provide the best experience and service.


  • Maintain support documentation

  • Standard Reporting, Knowledge Base, FAQs.
  • Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting skills and concepts along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

About you


We are looking for a proactive and adaptable problem solver with strong communication skills, who excels at troubleshooting, prioritizing tasks, and handling technical issues independently.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year's experience in technical support or related areas.
  • 1+ year's experience using SQL and Python.
  • 1+ year's experience using Airflow, Datadog, Kubernetes, monitoring tools, big infrastructure services, etc.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Solutionfocused attitude & change management mindset.
  • Able to work independently, solve problems, and learn new concepts.
  • Strong business acumen and analytic skills; able to translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across crossfunctional technology teams and the business stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: Functional knowledge of Market research, FMCG industry, and big data.
