Location:
Bogotá, Colombia

Core mission:

Provide input to and lead implementation of Marketing Project Management strategy associated with a product or product line at all stages of its lifecycle to achieve objectives within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Main responsibilities:

Implement the global marketing strategy for LATAM countries and ensure the right execution from distributors markets.
Research and evaluate dependencies across multiple interrelated projects
Execute marketing campaigns for the assigned geography, gathering and reporting consolidated status and financial information to leadership
Develop overall commercial approach, to ensure that customer experience for the product or product line is unified across all channels selected
Understand and analyze ongoing Program & Project Management processes including staffing and management for the organization's major projects/programs
May influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures
Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across Galderma
Cooperate with and coordinate activities with external service providers
Advise and guide customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems and tools
Manage groups of 2 or more experienced professionals and/or team leaders or supervises large, complex production or operations team(s) who exercise latitude and independence in assignments and is accountable for the performance and results
May have budget accountability for own job family / area and/or manage elements of the budget.

Profile:

45 years minimum experience in a position as product owner or marketing manager, ideally with proven experience with Peru, Ecuador or other LATAM countries.
Experience in pharmaceutical industry, dermatology, or consumer good is preferible.
High capacity of analisis and diagnosis, great experience as strategy executor.
High level of handling cross functional contacts, communication and relationship.
English level intermediary required.
