Venture Global Solutions is in search of a skilled Bilingual IT Manager to join our IT operations. To join the department's objectives, and performance, ensuring legal compliance and the implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Role Overview
As the Bilingual IT Manager, you will be a pivotal force in driving our technology landscape forward. Your responsibilities will encompass leading a proficient IT team, collaborating across departments, and developing and executing comprehensive IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative IT strategies aligned with business goals, enhancing our digital brand presence.
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a dynamic IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless alignment of IT solutions with business objectives.
Utilize datadriven insights to refine strategies and measure the effectiveness of IT initiatives.
Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity protocols.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external technology partners.
Efficiently manage IT budgets to optimize resource allocation and technology investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
Over 5+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, with a strong focus on digital brand management.
Proven success in devising and executing strategic IT plans within a corporate environment.
Exceptional leadership skills, capable of join highperforming teams.
Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to drive informed IT decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication across international teams.
