Requisitos:

Actividades a realizar:
Flag technical challenges early to Product stakeholders, while recommending best practices and potential approaches to tackling these challenges head-on.

Hold a high bar on quality through tests, PR reviews, and engineering best practices.

Push for simplicity and clean code.

Collaborate closely across development disciplines to coordinate, and in some cases drive feature functionality and implementation.

Identify potential tech debt and have a good understanding of managing this with the product team to get these items prioritized along with other organizational goals.

Build and maintain microservice-based

APIs to support business needs

Build and maintain data pipelines to support data analytics and ML work across Credit, Finance, Collection, and Operations department

Building data integration toolkit for backend services

Productionize data pipelines that support building, training, and deploying machine learning models

Write code to QC software for accuracy and integrity

Improve monitoring and alarms

Support our product development team in creating new events to measure/track
