HRIS Analyst will be responsible for Ensure end to end processes for employee life cycle such as: job requisitions creation, hire, change job, leave and absence, exit and compensation changes for LATAM and US.

Also, must be a key partner for TA, HRBP, HRG and the first point of contact of our entire community in the region for operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

The HRIS Analyst will work closely with Global Teams and Regional teams to understand the markets and procedures. This, with the mindset of how to do things different.
Produce monthly data analysis reports referring to HR operational processes in the region and globally.
Ensure Workday trainings to our new employees and support all our query system in a BAU basis.
Ensure how to prioritize and work with different stakeholders and ways of working as you will be supporting principally LATAM & US and in the near future, APAC and EUROPE.
Provide quick and quality answers to employee's questions and manage important situations with seniority and clear arguments.
