IT Recruiter who will lead the hiring process in

Colombia.
YOUR ROLE:
- Build deep partnerships with our Recruitment team to understand hiring needs, goals and capabilities;
- Maintain data reports and calibrated metrics;
- Conduct labor market analysis to identify trends, forecasts, and adjust salary ranges;
- Work with the local job market (Colombia).
WE APPRECIATE:
- 3+ years of experience as an IT recruiter;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Sound knowledge of IT and cuttingedge technologies;
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent and eloquent Spanish;
- Written and verbal communication skills in English (Level B2+).
