As a Field Support Engineer you'll be responsible for:

  • Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct solving of complaints, inquiries and requests related to technical product related topics. Executes recall activities.
  • Analyzes & solve complaints, on or off-site. Drives root cause analysis and preventive action. Keeps customers proactively informed and flags patterns of complaints towards management.
  • Involves Quality management/Business to obtain solutions in event of timely escalated complaints.
  • Keeps complaint data base up to date. Provides input to improve the functional working of the complaints tool.
  • Understands and applies the relevant warranties related to our products and systems when executing customer resolution activities. Is able to identify upsell opportunities.

What you'll do- You ensure timely and qualitative on-site execution of supporting field services that provide the customer with a positive customer experience- You understand customer needs & resolve issues using technical knowledge and our support network- You enable further business opportunities in customers' installed base through maintaining close relationship with the customer


Your qualifications- University degree, preferably Electric/Electronic Engineering is necessary to perform more complex and varied support and resolution activities.- Product warranties and aftersales process experience is a must.

Electrical Safety knowledge is required and compliant with local regulatory Health & Safety authorities. Strong collaboration and execution skills. Possesses learning agility.- Communications skills are a must, also commercial awareness.
