Key Responsibilities:


1. Analyse Digital Sustainability drivers and the impact of new ways of working**- Analize trends and impacts, working with excel, macros and SQL

  • Use tools like Alteryx to help prepare data, generate reports etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy

2. Create tools to measure and improve continuously the digital sustainability**- Create dashboards for senior stakeholders using PowerBI and other Visual Management tools.

  • Perform Gap Analysis between current processes, layouts and formats and future systems and processes so as to arrive at best fit solutions (with respect to data).
  • Create mapping documents, design documents and test scenarios for respective solution.

3. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for the digital sustainability

  • Serve as a performance change agent and guide key stakeholders through data driven continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders on the change management progress, risks and issues.

Key Capabilities:


  • Hands on experience in Power BI.
  • Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
  • Basic database related knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in working on multiple projects.
  • Experience in defining Test Scenarios.
  • Good communication skill is a must.
  • Should be able to communicate in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Should be able to story tell through dashboards.
  • Experience as a UI/UX developer is a plus.
