FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Location:
Medellin, Colombia (On-Site).

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in fullstack development.
Highly proficient in PHP (PHP 7 & 8), preferably with experience in the Laravel framework.
Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and frameworks like or React.
Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL, including design and optimization.
Familiarity with version control tools, particularly Git.
Experience integrating thirdparty APIs and developing custom RESTful APIs.
High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SaaS platform development, especially in the ATS/CRM domain.
Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly NLP (Natural Language Processing) with platforms like ChatGPT for enhanced user interactions and data processing.
Experience with predictive analytics and data science techniques.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile
Scrum environment.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Knowledge of US data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience

implementing compliant solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product owner and team members to develop and refine project requirements.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
Develop integrations with thirdparty services and APIs to extend platform capabilities.
Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
Leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance platform features.
Engage in the full Agile development lifecycle, from planning and estimation to implementation and testing.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and suggest their adoption where beneficial to the product.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven track record of delivering highquality software on time and within budget.
