RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medellín, is looking for an English-speaking, and proactive
Dispatcher to join our team of rockstars.

A
Dispatcher's responsibilities include monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members. Their duties can also include monitoring weather reports or notifying authorities if necessary.

What You'll Do

Negotiate loads from point A to point B within the US, understanding driver's needs and market conditions.
Offer the load to the drivers making sure they are aware of the responsibilities, advantages and disadvantages of every load.
Providing constant updates to the brokers, when required.
Enter data in computer system, maintain logs and records of activities and paperwork
Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance

What You'll Bring To The Team

Active listener with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented.
Be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
Proficiency in English (C1)
