Specific Responsibilities:

Accountable for understanding the Master Data Structure for all inscope ERP Applications (Financial)
Accountable for understanding the Master Data Structure for Non-ERP Global Applications (Concur, Ariba, PeopleSoft, ADP) and how these Global Applications impact the SBD SAP ERP environments
Accountable for understanding Financial Reporting, either ERP based, in Excel or HFM / Hyperion Planning (BA&R), including any related mapping and conversion logics
Accountable for the understanding the Global Cost Center and Global GL Account maintenance process
Provide support to the business partners on ERP and nonERP financial structure decisions and requirements related to projects, acquisitions, conversions, reporting needs
Maintain guidelines, playbook documents and other common sites that provide information to our customers
Support Data Governance projects and initiatives
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley control objectives
Support GSS Initiatives that provide value to the Business Units
Teleworking from any city in Colombia

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Advanced English:

Ability to learn Stanley's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and nonERP systems
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, business operation, and processes
Strong time management skills, ability to multitask and highly organized
Excellent problem identification, prioritization and remediation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
At least basic SAP knowledge
Helpful:
Experience with / knowledge about
financial reporting in Excel, SAP or Hyperion:
Knowledge of PowerBI, SQL or similar

Strong analytical skills including data mining, analysis, trending and writing accompanying commentary:

Ability to manage complex discussions with Business Users:
Understanding of sound internal control activities and practices

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business/accounting with 3+ years of experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education required.
