BILINGUAL ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ENGLISH / SPANISH (FULL TIME)

Employment Type:
Full Time. 7 am - 4 pm. 40 hrs/week. Monday - Friday.

Performance Objectives:

Ensure all administrative responsibilities are fully executed with the utmost attention to detail, efficiency and within deadlines.
Answer calls in English, and administrative and accounting support to team members. Send and respond to E- Mails in a professional and relevant manner.
Provide professional and polite communication.
Perform data entry.
Organize documents.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Education & Experience:

Must have B1 or higher level of English (Bilingual Person).
High school education is required.
A technical and college education is preferred.
Minimum 6 months experience in accounting or related field. We offer paid training.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on computer.
