Responsibilities:

Identifying target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs
Ensuring the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user
Producing highquality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
Providing guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior
Constantly learning and staying up to date on industry trends
Perform tests on user interface elementsCollaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to understand project goals and user requirements

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
Experience with Figma is a must
Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing
Understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and agile environment
English
