Operations Support, you will be trained to look at the daily shipment in our system.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Get the trucks locations.
Driver emergency help desk.
Gathering documentation
Data entry.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree.

Experience: at least 6 months of experience in customer service, logistics or related fields

Language: Advanced English skills. B2+ C1

Perks:

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 2 am. (We work by the American calendar)

Contract: Indefinite term

Places: Remote.

Salary: Night surcharge
