Customer Service Representative at Credit One Bank

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a renowned financial institution and provide exceptional customer service? Credit One Bank, in partnership with IQor Colombia S.A.S, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to our valued customers while representing Credit One Bank.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking information.
Identify and escalate priority issues or complaints to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

Salary starts at 2,600,000 COP

Remote after two months of training

Viva Envigado Shopping Center

Availability:
Monday to Saturday from 5 am to 9 pm with 8-hour shifts. 45 hours per week, Sundays off, and one weekday off.
