Therefore, our Project Manager will be in charge of ensuring the effectiveness of the project productivity and billability for the company.

Job Duties

Customer management.
Detect business development opportunities and involve relevant people.
Identify business development opportunities.
Design and facilitate customer workshops.
Effectively manage the project team and solve problems.
Train team members in scrum methodology.
Manage multiple teams on a large program or multiple projects.
Manage risks and issues at the project and program level.

Job requirements

5 years of experience.
Experience in the financial sector.
Experience in a startupscaleup environment.
Experience in Agile Coach Management.
Experience in superior knowledge of software tools.
Experience in strongly promoting Agile philosophy and ways of working Financial Management.
Experience in creating tools and processes around internal and external reporting.
Experience in addressing datadriven problems and ensuring project effectiveness.
Experience with Agile Srum methodology.

Desirables

Highly desirable: English level B2 to C2.
