RESPONSIBILITIES

Review your assigned accounts daily for any clients that are past due
Monitor ACH direct debit rejections.
Respond to and solve Zendesk tickets with the SLA agreement.
Reconcile accounts when clients dispute balance
Participate in client meetings for existing clients and new clients.
Assist with the month end process.
Participate in weekly AR team meetings.
Ongoing review of client credit reports.
Process client refunds
Provide clients with statements.
Assist with any AR team projects.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on all assigned clients and their status

QUALIFICATIONS

35 years of accounting/collection experience is required.
Should be flexible to work in US hours.
Ability to work with a wider global team and across different time zones if required.
Technologyliterate, including Microsoft Suite and NetSuite
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a wellorganized manner.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle a variety of tasks.
Ability to take ownership and carry accountability even when working closely with the team.
Proficiency in excel using pivot tables is a requirement.
Ability to follow directions and processes is required and excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills in English
