As a Carrier Sales personnel, your responsibilities include:

  • Posting loads on different platforms for market offerings.
  • Communicating with carriers to negotiate rates for load transportation.
  • Updating clients on load status and driver location.
  • Qualifying and selecting carriers.
  • Ensuring on-time pickup and delivery with carriers.
  • Inspecting load details before dispatch.
  • Searching for carrier lanes, negotiating rates, and managing contracts.

  • Strong English and negotiation skills.

Minimum requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 6 months in bilingual customer service or logistics.

- Language: Advanced English skills required.

- Location: On-site at WeWork Santafe in Medellin.

- Salary: Competitive COP + USD commissions.
