Expert Demand Management (M/F/d)

Goal of the function:

Within Fresenius Medical Care Deutschland GmbH, the Global Demand Management department is responsible for ensuring the holistic forecast quality and improving demand planning.

In addition, the Global Demand Management team has a strong focus on our customers and markets, is in close coordination with local colleagues and initiates measures to optimize the demand planning processes.

As an Expert Demand Management (M/F/d) you will be part of a dynamic team and actively contribute to improving the overall forecast quality to ensure effective demand planning.

Main responsibilities:

Regular analysis of forecast data, forecast accuracy measurement, and reporting for the relevant product groups
Crossinterface coordination regarding demand developments and communication of planning conflicts
Identification of measures to improve demand planning and optimize the forecast bias
Contributing to the implementation of statistical demand planning, product segmentation and local demand reviews
Supporting the Sales & Operations Planning process as well as budget planning and quarterly procurement cycles

Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success

Completed business studies (Bachelor), preferably with a focus on supply chain management or comparable
First professional experience in Supply Chain Management (is desirable)
Knowledge of supply chain management endtoend processes
Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP APO (desirable)
Analytical and structured way of working
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
Very good written and spoken English skills
Willingness to travel (is desirable)
