Real Estate investment management company from the US is in search for an Acquisitions Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Create financial models, underwriting and analysis of investment opportunities, including complex financial and waterfall analysis.
Collect and analyze due diligence materials for new acquisitions.
Coordinate due diligence efforts with third parties and consultants and analyze results in comparison with transaction underwriting.
Prepare presentations of investment memos to investment committee.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate economic, demographic and Real Estate market

trends for potential investments.

Sales Comp tracking by pulling down sales data from various data sources/organize & maintain.
Perform extensive Argus and Excel financial modeling, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.

Requirements:

Fluency in English is required (C1).
Bachelor's degree real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

3. 2 years of work experience as a financial analyst of Real Estate investments.

Strong Excel skills (Macros preferred).
Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
Strong time management skills, critical thinker, problem solving, willingness to learn, effective and efficient communication.
