A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Receive and process expense requests and prepare for payment
Perform audits on incoming payment requests
Review and document transfer of value information for Sunshine Reporting requirements
Create and maintain documentation for compliance purposes
Follow all departmental policies and procedures while demonstrating critical thinking skills
Attend and participate in all departmental meetings
Collaborates crossfunctionally to execute tasks in a timely manner
Works individually or with a team in recommending action and managing projects to completion
Perform various projects as assigned
Identifies, defines, and addresses problems that are not immediately evident
Gathers, collects, records, tracks, and verifies data and information from multiple sources
May design processes to enhance workflow
Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures

Must Have:
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in financial or administrative areas or related.
Advance english level.
1 or 2 years of experience working with payment processing, data entry, customer service, payable accountants or related areas.
Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
High degree of organization and prioritization skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with high attention to detail and follow through.
Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proactive and good customer service skills.
Teamplayer.

Nice to Have

Medical Device Industry experience.
Reporting and analytical experience.
Familiarity with SAP.
Familiarity with the U.S. Sunshine Act.
