A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Receive and process expense requests and prepare for payment
  • Perform audits on incoming payment requests
  • Review and document transfer of value information for Sunshine Reporting requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation for compliance purposes
  • Follow all departmental policies and procedures while demonstrating critical thinking skills
  • Attend and participate in all departmental meetings
  • Collaborates crossfunctionally to execute tasks in a timely manner
  • Works individually or with a team in recommending action and managing projects to completion
  • Perform various projects as assigned
  • Identifies, defines, and addresses problems that are not immediately evident
  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks, and verifies data and information from multiple sources
  • May design processes to enhance workflow
  • Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures

Must Have:
Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in financial or administrative areas or related.
  • Advance english level.
  • 1 or 2 years of experience working with payment processing, data entry, customer service, payable accountants or related areas.
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
  • High degree of organization and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with high attention to detail and follow through.
  • Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proactive and good customer service skills.
  • Teamplayer.

Nice to Have

  • Medical Device Industry experience.
  • Reporting and analytical experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. Sunshine Act.
