Requirements

Must to have experience:

Support engineer with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports.
Oracle Apex required.
Proactive, independent, customer service oriented, metrics driven.

Nice to have experience:

Knowledge Java, Oracle Rests services.

Responsibilities

L2/L3 support, data changes, research issues, problem management, build RCAs, Research incidents, provide solution, availability for oncall service 24/7.
