We are searching for a
Jr.

UX Consultant who will advocate for the user, leveraging user insights to inform data-driven design decisions and product experiences for our clients, their employees and their customers.

Whether it's envisioning new product propositions, replatforming an existing offering or optimizing products and services that are live in market, you will put human-centered design at the heart of everything we do.

You approach the work you do and the way you work with intelligence, imagination, drive, and humility.

Key skills and experience

4+ years experience working within the user experience environment, where you have been using data and insight about people's behavior and sentiment to inform the strategy and design of digital products and services.
Experience in both supporting and directly planning and facilitating formative and evaluative research (stakeholder workshops, onetoone interviews, focus groups, diary studies, quantitative studies etc.) as well undertaking the analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Experience in delivering presentations both internally and externally in a clear and confident manner.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manger both verbally and visually.
Experience working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, such as designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders to create effective user experiences.
Exposure to working directly with clients, understanding the needs of their business, their employees and their customers.
A growth mindset, curious and eager to explore diverse ideas and learning, and seeking new opportunities and challenges.

What you will be doing

Plan, design and execute a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research methods such as stakeholder workshops, user interviews, diary studies, surveys, usability testing, contextual research, as well as comprehensive review of current data.
Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to define research objectives and prioritise research efforts.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.
Analyze and synthesize research findings to create actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions.
Define the best approach to client briefs, assist in scoping work and participate in pitch teams.
Provide thought leadership within the field of User Experience such as contributing to industry panels, blogs and whitepapers.
