Responsibilities:

  • Interface with a portfolio of Clients to understand their operations, organization structures, and requirements for identifying and supporting the delivery of Citi Products
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Coverage partners to focus on expanding revenue and realizing revenue through cross-selling opportunities
  • Drive deals through Implementation, ensuring revenue growth from implemented deals, monitoring revenues for existing revenue retention, managing and reporting attrition across client portfolio
  • Act as the client advocate in managing the Citi network spanning +100 countries to ensure client satisfaction:
  • Identify and facilitate new cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio
  • Ensure revenue realization on deals implemented in partnership with the Sales Team and Implementations
  • Enhance and update industry knowledge
  • Establish connections within client organizations, collaborating with Sales Specialist, Operations, and Client Delivery to ensure superior client satisfaction
  • Monitor all deals awaiting Implementation with Client Delivery and Operations partners
  • Work closely with Global/Regional Solution Sales Specialist on preparing and delivering Relationship Reviews as needed
  • Review, screen, and manage timely responses to all client inquiries, either directly or by redirecting to the appropriate specialists
  • Cultivate a strong network by collaborating with Citibank branches worldwide to advocate for the client
  • Oversee the update of customer account and/or product structures in partnership with Operations
  • Ensure compliance with CITIKYC/AML requirements for new business opportunities and collaborate with Operations and Implementations for successful deal implementations and client support to drive revenue realization
  • Assist in communicating product changes, regulatory updates, and market information to clients in the portfolio
  • Coordinate with Sales Specialists for client Relationship Reviews and call briefing memos
  • Conduct monthly revenue analysis to ensure accurate MIS systems reflection of account profitability; present summaries and forecasts based on findings
  • Handle AML inquiries promptly and compliantly according to Citi policies
  • Collaborate with Global partners to ensure provision of references
  • Uphold the Service Quality Process at the client level
  • Provide valuable client feedback on product, process, and service requirements
  • Take charge, lead, and monitor specific customer issues and inquiries, including pricing and billing matters, until satisfactory resolution is achieved
  • Partner closely with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance to ensure effective governance and control framework
  • Foster a culture of responsible finance, good governance, expense discipline, and ethics
  • Evaluate risk/reward of transactions prudently when making business decisions
  • Adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services

Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Demonstrated history of successful client-centric endeavors, experience in Back Office Cash Management or Trade Operations
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities

  • High enthusiasm and proactivity
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in English

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
