We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader who is passionate about recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute OKRs for all Talent functions
Lead a team of 3+ direct reports across Recruitment, L&D, and People Ops
Manage and improve companywide processes for compensation, benefits, leave, retention, disciplinary matters, succession, performance management, team engagement, and community impact
Communicate company news and updates effectively across the organization

Requirements:

Completed University degree
HR education such as a degree or certification
Desire for a longterm position
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience leading teams in LatAm
Quick adaptability and excellent communication skills (C1 proficiency in English).
Experience working in remote or hybrid work environments.
Techsavvy with experience in project management and HR tools.
Expert knowledge of HR policies, regulations, compliance standards, and HR data analytics.
