About this role

Responsibilities
People- Create a culture of integrity and compliance- Technology

Perform test case execution and raise defects
Create daily/weekly status reports for testing progress
Perform all types of functional testing like sanity, smoke, regression, endtoend testing etc.
Perform test activities in Azure DevOps
Follows the testing governance (standards, best practices, etc.)
Create, maintain, and execute automation scripts with test automation tools like
Selenium/Appium.
Perform Continuous testing execution using Azure DevOps
Follow the agile methodology for testing
Knowledge of at least one of the languages: VB, Python or Java is required
Good knowledge of defect management and feasibility analysis is required.
Good knowledge of testing tools and tool management is required
Business
Engage with the internal/external stakeholders to understand requirements and solution documents
Work closely with developers, designers, and SMEs

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential qualifications_
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience in Manual / Automation testing
Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
Other skills and abilities_
Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision
Selfdriven, Motivated, Proactive, Systems Thinking
Good debugging, error handling skills and feasibility analysis skills
