Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Track and trace position.
Enter all the information into the TMS (TAI Software).
Make sure the updates are on time.
Call on time the drivers and clients supervising the freights are picked up and delivered in a proper way.
Quoting.
Booking and following up the booking.
Customer service.
Accounting.

Requirements:

Proactivity.
Good customer service skills.
Willing to learn LTL processes.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School or Bachelor's Degree.

Desirable
LTL experience.

Language: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

Perks:

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. (We work by the American calendar)

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

Places: Barranquilla, Bogotá, Medellin

This position will be onsite
