Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To accomplish operational activities of the customs department in order to offer a world class level of service and support relating to customs entries, declarations and duty management for all imports
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Inbound HUB, Freight Forwarders, Carriers, Customs, Fulfillment Center, Order Fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate visibility of information and on time delivery for all goods.
Support Logistics Services in product handling in transportation related claims, followup on compensation status.
Participation in aligning meetings with Business Associates to identify Supply Chain constraints related with Customs and determine actions to import.
Support request from Global Customs team.
Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all customs entries and reports.
Maximise savings through SLA agreements and efficient duty management controls.
Provide processes / procedures to support any changes made by Customs.
Develop new processes / procedures, present to management team and implement.
Maximise availability by ensuring efficient keying and/or release of inbound stock within SLA.
Responsible for all customs declarations follow up, per month duty and VAT payments.
Responsible to prepare department key performance indicators.
Creation and follow up of all tickets in systems related to ILA, AFS, GTS, WFM.
Responsible to upload the correct set up of country harmonize codes in the system SPM.
Ensure the import documentation process is available according to the business and legal requirements in the subsidiary.
Support AEO Leader with all processes related to obtain certification and maintenance.

Regional & Global Contacts (Global Customs, Inbound HUB, Purchasing, Internal Control, Order Fulfilment, Fulfillment Center, Accounting, Legal.)
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
University degree or equivalent education required.
Intermedium English Level.
Broad and deep theoretical understanding of functional area.
Minimum 2 years' experience in job or job function.
