• Designed, developed, and executed comprehensive test plans and cases for MSD365 modules, focusing on functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand business requirements and ensure the testing strategies align with business goals.
• Identify, document, and track defects found during testing, working closely with the development team to facilitate their resolution.
• Participate in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), engaging with endusers to validate the functionality against business needs.
• Offer feedback on usability and provide actionable insights to improve system performance and user experience.
• Maintain documentation of test results, contributing to the continuous improvement of the QA process.
• Keep abreast of new features and updates in MSD365, integrating new testing methods and technologies as applicable.

• Solid QA testing experience, specifically focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems.
• A deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, processes, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolutions.
• Experience creating detailed, wellstructured test plans and cases from business requirements and specifications.
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with technical and nontechnical teams.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or QA certifications (e.g., MB200, MB300, ISTQB) are a plus.
