About the role:


  • As a
    Senior Payments Analyst (Refunds) you will be responsible correctly and timely execute the Refunds requested by our Merchants at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country.

What you will do:


  • Strengthen relationships with payment methods/acquirers.
  • Lead, participate and add value to strategic projects and Latam initiatives.
  • Creation and analysis of reports.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Develop management indicators.
  • Lead the reconciliation of refunds at the Latam level.

What you need to succeed:


  • 3 years of experience in financial institutions (Banks) and customer service.
  • Preferably if you have experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, Fintech.
  • Professional of business administration, accounting, and related careers.
  • Advancedintermediate Excel
  • Preferably English level B2.
