RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns.
  • Focus on qualitybased responses as the standard daytoday

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proficiency in
    English
    is
    mandatory (both written and verbal)

1 year of
Customer Service experience is required

  • Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required)
  • Excellent
    problemsolving skills and
    communication skills:
  • Solutions-oriented and
    flexible

INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:


  • Personally owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for Upload & Download speed.
  • A backup internet (10 Mbps) connection is required upon hiring
