We are looking for our next Inside Sales Associate
PURPOSE
The primary responsibility of the
Inside Sales Associate (ISA) role is to support the local sales team, assist in the development of sales collateral, and set up/maintenance of digital infrastructure that supports the proposal, qualification, and presentation activities.
FUNCTIONS
- Prepare simple presentations and letters.
- Updates/formatting of CVs for proposal submissions.
- Set up digital working areas for opportunity documentation and collaboration.
- Support preparation for client visits and presentations including printing, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure that all sales documents comply with our brand identity (logo, color, etc.).
- Maintenance and development of CSP data relevant to Inside Sales.
- Maintain/update BD calendar and vacation schedule with meetings and absences.
- Organize and maintain efficient stock of office supplies and tools.
- Per location requirements, support sales team travel arrangements
REQUIREMENTS
Experience/Education
-
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in working in an engineering, construction or related business is preferred, or large BPO companies
-
Education:
Bachelor's degree or similar working levels obtained through relevant job experience may be accepted in lieu of degree-level education.
-Technical:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint Online, and Adobe software suite; technology savvy.
