In P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), we have a huge part to play, defining and shaping our new customer focused culture, organising functions to work more effectively together and attracting the best talent with new types of skills to join us.

Your 'day to day'

Lead and Oversee all employees benefit programs for those based in Andean Cluster (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru) as well as Andean expatriates going abroad.

Perform HR benefits related tasks at the local level, including coordination of contracts with insurance providers and broker, face-to-face contact with employees, emotional support in case of unexpected event.

Ensure that benefit programs and services are properly delivered to employees of Cluster based Legal Entities and that service level agreements are met or exceeded.

Supervise and provide support to the Andean team.
Continuously review legal framework and internal policies and procedures (P&P).
Deliver a unique experience to employees designing a portfolio of attractive benefits to all employees across companies aligned with global benefits program.
Analyze data and prepare reports related to benefits programs.
Be closely involved in the overall cost of the function. Monitor cost center allocation by analyzing Actuals vs. Budget throughout the year.
Serve as the main point of liaison between internal stakeholders (employee, PMI SCE, PMI HR) and external suppliers.
Owner of the global mobility program related to Cluster's pool of Expats leading the team to acommplish local regulation related to documents (Visa, passport, permits) and relocation program.
Maintain and improve quality standards within the area of responsibility as well as identify and bring forward opportunities for improvement.

Who we're looking for

College degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology.
4 + years in benefits administration with at least two years in a benefits leadership Rol

Optional:
Knwoledge in expats managment and relocations matters

Strong service management mindset: ability to link service experience to optimize employee experience
Effective challenger and change agent
Strong communication skills (verbal and written/visual): able to create and deliver compelling presentations; Storytelling through data to drive decision making
Ability to assess and interpret data and provide insight on service performance, capacity planning, etc.
Innovation, analytical mindset and advanced problem solving skills
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Location: Medellín o Bogotá, Colombia.
