    Qualifications We're Looking For:

    • Proven track record in marketing, especially in Sales and Lead Generation, preferably within the Software Development sector.
    • Demonstrated success in running effective cold email marketing campaigns.
    • Experience using YAMM or similar tools for targeted mass email campaigns.
    • Skillful in utilizing Google Sheets for organizing and managing data.
    • Capable of working efficiently under daily/weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced Level).
    • Keen attention to detail and a precise approach to email campaign implementation.
    • Excellent organizational abilities to handle large amounts of data effectively.
    • Experience in creating and executing successful lead generation and audience/data building initiatives.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous!
    • Possess a strong work ethic, a growth-oriented mindset, and a deep dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • A results-driven individual who can work autonomously and has a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
    • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
    • Ensure all business requirements for profitability are fulfilled.
    • Lead and execute key projects and initiatives to meet growth objectives.
    • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
    • Maintain a highly organized system for managing data, sequences, email lists, and campaign details for accuracy and efficiency.
    • Nurture prospect relationships through consistent communication to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
