TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

Prepare a Dashboard with Market Funding Balances.
Calculate MF NORLA accruals by business, crop, region and brand each closure and guarantee that postings and reporting look accurately
Calculate MF U/D lists understanding drivers.
Present MF balances in a friendly way to Commercial team.
Communicate changes and make proper alignments with areas involved (finance/commercial/marketing/customer service/controllership)
Each quarter gives support to sufficiency calculations and quarterly meetings gathering the proper information and aligning teams prior to reviews.
Support information request from internal and external customers.
Responsible for Market Funding Balances PACA.
Gives support in the maintenance of current systems and platforms
Identify opportunities in reporting and current processes
Design new models for improve processes efficiency
Understands Bayer and IFRS policies around Market Funding and guide the organization to meet them
Foster important Bayer competencies with focus on Collaboration, Trust, Innovation and Customer Focus.

WHO YOU ARE

Higher education in Administration, Accounting, Finance or Engineering.
Min. 2 years experience in financial analysis
IIntermediate English Level.
Min. 2 years experience in financial analysis
Strong analytical skills
Strong Communication skills.
