What you will do


To contribute to positioning of Stryker as strategic allied of health entities in Colombia and Puerto Rico, to improve health care services in the country through the advisory for training and development of Spine products in Colombia and Puerto Rico.

To strengthen the reputation and image of the company, to achieve the adoption of technologies for Spine products in the targeted health institutions.

To provide lectures and training to users and other health care professionals which belong to our group of interest.

To achieve compliance as to market share and profitability of the business, according to the strategic guidelines of the company in line with the different areas of the organization.


Responsibilities and functions:

Product to maintain a high level of knowledge on marketed products. Self -study and presence. Based training. Make appropriate setup of equipment, to supply markets in adequate manner. Guide and advise appropriately the sales force as to technical concepts relevant to the lines of Spine products. Accompany the sales and medical assistants' teams in surgeries and during all the sales cycle of a hospital. Technically advise internal and external customers as to the products within Spine products. Comply with the business objective and to reach the objective as to market share. Participate actively in congresses. Propose and manage the company's participation in congresses concerning the sports medicine business. Provide workshops with HCPs and training for the inner sales force and that one of distributors. Promote strategic products of the company for the Spine line. Market to permanently consolidate the database of the market (market studies) and to measure potentialities and participation.

Constantly analyze the different movements of the competitors, evaluating their possible impact in Stryker and providing action plans which mitigate such impact.

Lead production of catalogues of products and educational material to distribute them in equitably.


Business Development:

to effectively relate to the HCP of the sector and identify KOL per region, to include them into the continuous educational strategy of Stryker, promote and identify strategies to increase the sale of Spine products, establish relevant business indicators which allow to gain control.


Compliance:

to ensure reading and understanding of policies related to commercial management and to comply with all the policies of the Company.


Quality and Regulatory:

to report in writing, claims received from the customers for products or services; serve and manage in a timely manner all the requirements of the quality and regulatory areas.

Workplace health to promote integral health care. Provide clear, true, and complete information about the health condition.

Comply with the rules, regulations and instructions of the health and safety management system within the job in the company.

Report to Stryker in a timely manner about dangers or latent risks in the workplace and to participate in training activities of the health and safety management system in the workplace (SGSST).


What you will need
Bachelor's degree.

Experience in Spine (mandatory).

English skills.

Microsoft Package proficiency.

Skills in market analysis, communication, problem solving, teamwork, action oriented.
