The Position:

We're looking to hire a Business Analyst with a strong Product Owner experience.

You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

- _

Team Augmentation:

_You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience as a Product Owner.
Advanced English is required
Experience working Microsoft Visio or LucidChart.
Strong proficiency in BPMN.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and close collaboration with development teams to iteratively deliver highquality products.
Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition, using datadriven insights to make informed decisions and identify new product opportunities.
A fouryear college degree is required
Experience using a ticketing system such as Jira
Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon
