Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

We're looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this significant marketing transformation. We are looking for our Acquisition & Awareness Supervisor.

Your 'day to day'


The Acquisition Programs supervisor is responsible for the creation and development of the strategy for the RRP's acquisition programs with a special focus on the conversion and creation of alternatives that will expand and grow our sales.


The role will lead referral and lending programs, through a cost-efficient conversion ecosystem that guarantees a sustainable business in the medium and long term in Colombia.


Main responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Assure correct segmentation, mechanics, omnichannel touchpoints, and digital communication, Journeys, toolkits & KPIs.
  • Acquisition initiatives review to enhance customer experience and achieve business targets.
  • Assure Acquisition programs are implemented accordingly in all consumer touch points in alignment with the programs SOP.
  • Deploy new initiatives either as Project Manager or accompanying the process with the channels
Who we're looking for?

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Commercial Areas (Marketing, Sales, Trade, Customer Experience), Strategy with focus on B2C roles. At least 2 leading senior stakeholders
  • Solid Leadership & Strategic Thinking Skills
  • Project Management /Agile ways of working
  • English Advanced (Fluent) is required
  • Collaborative and applies a global mindset deliver strong results in closer partnership with others across work areas.
  • Excellent service orientation and communication skills.
