Wordpress Backend Webmaster

We are a group of B2B Industrial Equipment companies, managing multiple websites across different industries.

As our online presence continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled WordPress Backend Webmaster to join our team and help maintain and improve the backend functionality of our websites.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the backend of multiple WordPress websites, including server management, database optimization, and security updates.
Implement website performance improvements, including caching, database optimization, and server configurations.
Monitor website uptime and performance, and troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and content creators to ensure the seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities.
Implement and maintain website backups and disaster recovery plans.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in web development and WordPress backend management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress Backend Webmaster or similar role, managing multiple websites.
Proficiency in WordPress backend management, including server configurations, database optimization, and security best practices.
Strong understanding of web server technologies, such as Apache, Nginx, and MySQL.
Experience with website performance optimization techniques, such as caching and CDN integration.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
