Payment Analyst

$3,100,000 COP per month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Process payments received by entering the data accurately and promptly into the system.
Maintain ongoing communication with agents, addressing inquiries, and resolving paymentrelated issues.
Generate daily reports and analyze the data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
Process changes to policy information, ensuring accurate and uptodate records in the system.
Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to perform data analysis, present insights, and highlight key findings.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and integrity, resolving any discrepancies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with team members and management to implement changes.
Adhere to regulatory and company policies related to payment processing, confidentiality, and data security.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment processing.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and ensure a seamless payment experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar payment processing roles.
Advanced English language proficiency, with Portuguese language skills desirable but not mandatory.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
