OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager leads the evaluation and implementation of business guidelines and strategies, acts as a bridge between the LAC client account team, supporting the Account Directors and Regional Account Director to achieve operational goals within their Region.

The Operations Manager also works closely with department heads across the company, including Finance, BA, HR, Sourcing, and Legal, to ensure smooth and profitable execution of account activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in longterm business planning for LAC (North & South), including budgeting and forecasting.
Define reporting needs in collaboration with Account Directors and Regional Account Director, finance, and productspecific teams to refine management reporting to effectively manage profitability, budget, and operational performance.
Partner with Account Managers to support tracking and achievement of financial targets (e.g., revenue and P&L) and other KPIs.
Direct strategies to increase profits and improve efficiency by identifying needed support for incremental revenue opportunities (New from existing or NFE)
Drive collaboration and best practice sharing across all markets.
Coordinate and bridge to all account team to ensure alignment with objectives and priorities.
Coordinate to enhance and deliver productspecific training necessary to fulfill business objectives.
Support Account Management with issue resolution and coordinate with client, and crossfunctional teams as required.
Support the Regional Account Director and Account Directors (North & South) to understand and ensure compliance with contract terms across the region by partnering with the Business Analyst team
Serve as the owner of operations compliance for the Account.
Provide needed additional management and operational support to all markets and represent HHG as necessary.
Advise team on operationally efficient workflows and knowledge share within the organization.
Ensure the team is executing operational processes efficiently and in accordance with the procedures described in business operations policies.
Demonstrate the ability to function competently both as a leader and a member of a team by understanding and acknowledging the role and function of other members within the team.
Collaborate with implementation teams to guarantee the deliverables of the contract and a smooth transition to HHG.

REQUIREMENTS

10+ years managing production or client account teams within client environments.
5+ years of P&L management.
Bachelor's degree.
Proven management experience, specifically in employee development and mentoring.
Expertise in management, contract compliance, performance improvement, and collaboration within all levels of an organization.
Proven project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Independent thinker with strong organizational and planning abilities.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
Advanced English
Travel as required to participate in internal, client, and vendor meetings and market checks.
