Job Summary

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) representative located in Bogotá to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Educate customers about Grub Hub.
Access to the customer's accounts.
Provide credits and concessions regarding customers issues and concerns.
